You may pay by cash, company or business check, wire transfers, or credit cards (please note the credit cards will have an additional 3% office fee). All online buyers will be charged a 10% buyer's premium, and on-site buyers will be charged a 3% buyer's premium on ticket totals $2000.00 or more and a 5% buyer's premium on tickets less than $2000.00. Off-site auction buyer's premium may vary please see terms & conditions for that auction. All online bidders must register and be approved to bid through Proxibid.
All items are sold are sold as is, where is! If an item has a title, it will be noted so. Duncan Auctioneers has 45 days to produce a clean title. Buyer is responsible for inspection, registration and title transfer. If an item is listed as a license receipt or bill of sale that is all you will receive from Duncan Auctioneers.
Buyer will be responsible for paying a 6.25% tax on all items unless proper identification is shown for tax exempt items.

ALL ITEMS NEED TO BE PICKED UP BY THE FRIDAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. ITEMS LEFT ON AUCTION YARD WILL BE CHARGED $25 PER ITEM PER DAY FOR STORAGE UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE.
ITEMS LEFT ON AUCTION YARD WILL BE SOLD IN THE NEXT AUCTION.
